The Public Administrator and County Court Clerk is a joint position responsible for managing financial affairs and serving as a representative or guardian to make medical and life decisions for people who are unable to do so themselves for a variety of reasons.
Eligibility requirements
A candidate must be 18 years of age; a citizen of the state; and an elector of the county in which the duties of the office are to be exercised; or (b) in the case of an office consolidated between two or more counties, an elector in one of the counties in which the duties of the office are to be exercised.
